- How is the $199 lifetime real?
One-time payment, 100 founder seats, 5-year minimum service commitment written into the terms. If we shut down earlier, a pro-rated refund formula is published in clause 3c. Not equity, not a security, not transferable. Read all five acknowledgments on the lifetime page before you buy.
- Solo $19 a month or Lifetime $199 once, which makes sense?
Lifetime breaks even after 10 Solo months. If you intend to keep the workflow longer than that, the one-time payment costs less in real money. Solo is the right pick if you want to try before deciding or if you only need it for a single season. Both tiers unlock the same Pro features today and the same future Pro features. Lifetime is capped at 100 founder seats and will not be re-offered at $199.

- Is my couple's data safe?
We never store personal identifying data about your couples. The HoneyBook CSV import strips client names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses in your browser before any calibration runs. Portfolio grading uses image URLs you paste; no images are stored, cached, or used to train AI models.
