§ 04 / Already a subscriber?

Cancel in one form.

Enter the email you used at signup, click the red button, done. We review requests every business day and reply from hello@rateven.com to confirm, usually within a few hours. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No further charges.

Recurring tier (Solo)We cancel your Polar subscription at the end of the current period. You keep access until the renewal date shown on your Polar receipt.

TrialCancel before day 7 of your trial, nothing is ever charged.

Lifetime Founder ($199 one-time)Nothing recurring to cancel. For a refund under the 14-day EU withdrawal window or the pro-rated shutdown clause (Terms 3c), say so in the optional note.

Your dataSaved quotes and calibrations stay available for 30 days after cancellation, then are deleted. Download anything you want to keep before then.

§ 06 / Did not get a confirmation?

We reply from hello@rateven.com. Check your spam folder. If there is nothing in there within one business day, email hello@rateven.com directly from the email you used at signup.

If you paid through Polar, the Polar receipt email also has a direct cancel link at the bottom. Polar can cancel the subscription instantly on their side without waiting for us.

§ 07 / EU consumer rights

EU consumer buyers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU Article 9. For recurring subscriptions, you can cancel at any time with no reason required. For the Lifetime Founder tier, the 14-day cooling-off right may have been waived at checkout if you chose immediate access (Article 16(m)). See the terms for the full clause.
