How this works
Paste your HoneyBook project CSV export below, or drop the file in. We read only the event type, location, guest count, and total. Client names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and notes are stripped and never leave your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. Close the tab and it's gone.
Step 1 of 5. What do you do at weddings?
Pick the closest match. Changes the pricing taxonomy.
You shoot the wedding day.
Step 2 of 5. Where does the wedding happen?
City, metro, or zip code. We adjust pricing to your market.
Matched to Default (rural or mid-metro). Not your metro? Add state or country to refine.
Step 3 of 5. How long have you been at this?
Positions your pricing in the regional range.
Solid portfolio, market-rate pricing.
Step 4 of 4. What is included?
Toggle components. Defaults reflect a typical wedding photographer package.

|---|---|
| Base coverage (6 hours) | $1,500 to $3,830 |
Component ranges shown already include the Default (rural or mid-metro) regional multiplier (0.75x to 0.85x). Experience tier then positions your number within this band.
Share link round-trips vendor, metro, experience, and selected components, so the recipient sees the same calibration. Market data only. Not a recommendation of what you should charge. Every number sourced from public wedding-industry cost guides (The Knot, Zola, WeddingWire).
How this is different.
How this is different from HoneyBook
HoneyBook and Dubsado help you format a quote you already decided. Rateven helps you decide what to charge. Every component range traces to a public source. Every calibration shows you how far your number sits from the cited market median for your tier and metro.
You keep your existing CRM. Rateven sits next to HoneyBook or Dubsado, not in place of them. Export your calibrated quote, paste into your CRM, win the booking.
Every number cited. No crowdsourced rates, no guesses. Click any source link, see the original guide.
Lithuanian sole trader, GDPR compliant. No tracking, no sign up. Your calibration never leaves this page unless you choose to share it.

Frequently asked.
Frequently asked
- How does Rateven calibrate wedding pricing?
Rateven sums individually cited components from public vendor cost guides (The Knot 2026 Real Weddings Study, Zola, WeddingWire, Fearless Photographers, PPA, NACE, SAF, Mobile Beat, American Marriage Ministries) and applies a regional multiplier for 15 US and EU metros. Every number on your quote links to its original publisher.
- Which wedding vendor types does Rateven support?
Seven vendor taxonomies: wedding photographer, videographer, DJ, florist, planner, caterer, and officiant. Each has 5 to 14 cited components. Guest count scales per-guest components for caterers.
- Is the calculator free?
Yes. The core pricing calculator, 30+ pricing guides, and daily calibration example are free with no signup and no tracking. The paid Solo tier ($19/mo, 7-day free trial) unlocks AI proposal drafting, unlimited portfolio grading, saved quotes, branded PDF export, and shareable calibration receipts. A one-time Lifetime Founder tier at $199 is offered to the first 100 buyers.
- Does Rateven replace HoneyBook or Dubsado?
No. HoneyBook and Dubsado help you format a quote you already decided on. Rateven helps you decide what to charge in the first place. Export your Rateven-calibrated quote, paste it into HoneyBook, and let your existing CRM handle the contract and payment flow.
- Can I use this outside the US?
Yes. The calculator supports London and Berlin as EU metros with their own multipliers. The default multiplier applies elsewhere. All figures are in US dollars; local VAT and taxes are handled at your side.
- What about GDPR and data privacy?
Calculator inputs stay on your device. No signup, no tracking, no cookies until you opt into a paid tier. AI features (proposal drafter, portfolio grader) process your inputs server-side but do not persist identifying data. Couple data never touches our systems unless you explicitly share a calibration link. See the Privacy page for the full sub-processor list and DPA.
- Is this professional pricing advice?
No. Rateven provides informational market reference ranges derived from public sources. We are not a financial advisor. Your specific price depends on your costs, positioning, calendar, and client relationships. Use the range as an anchor, not a rule.
