Subject: Change request for the current project Hi, Thanks for the additional request. To keep the estimate accurate, I am treating this as a change to the original scope. Change category: New data entity or record type Description: Adding a new type of record (e.g. adding Orders when only Customers was in scope). Delivery preference: Keep the current deadline Estimated additional cost: $550 to $875 (USD). If you would like to go ahead, please reply confirming and I will update the scope document and invoice schedule. If you would rather stay within the original scope, we can park this for a later phase. Thanks, [Your name] Note: This email is a commercial change proposal, not a legal amendment. A signed scope update will follow.
