When a client adds something during a project, this page works out a fair price for the addition and writes an email you can send. Based on the original price you quoted and the nature of the change.

Middle of the range is $700. Prices do not include sales tax or VAT.

  • •Range applied: low ×0.8 to high ×1.25 of the midpoint.
  • •Minimum change fee: $250.

Change category: New data entity or record type Description: Adding a new type of record (e.g. adding Orders when only Customers was in scope). If you would like to go ahead, please reply confirming and I will update the scope document and invoice schedule.
